• Minimum four years related work experience in maintenance are required.
• Three years of experience must be in the trade area where assigned.

Responsibilities

• Daily inspection and preventative maintenance of building components and equipment.
• Repair and troubleshoot mechanical and structural systems; assist senior personnel as needed.
• Prepare reports, logs, and service manuals; estimate time and material for tasks.
