Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: Six years in the trade with at least two years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Other: 30 college credits can substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitors HVAC computer system and responds to deficiencies.
• Inspects equipment during building rounds for safe operation and maintenance.
• Operates HVAC equipment and performs minor repairs.
• Moves small equipment between floors as needed.
• Responds to police calls for door openings.
• Answers calls, writes work orders, and flags needed help.
• Responds to emergencies including fires, floods, wind, and snow.
• Assists in emergency cleanup and uses power tools as needed.
