Job summary

City of Lee’s Summit is seeking a Building Inspector to perform technical inspections ensuring compliance with adopted codes, ordinances, and approved plans. Under the Building Inspections Manager, you will review projects and enforce standards in a fast-growing community near Kansas City.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least five years in construction, a valid Missouri driver's license, and ICC Building Inspector Certifications (B1, B2) within 12 months of hire.
