This position performs custodial work and serves as a lead worker for an assigned squad of Building & Grounds Workers, and Student Workers, whose primary purpose is to provide quality cleaning services to the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities Campus. The Senior Building & Grounders Worker assumes overall responsibility for the performance and functions of the squad assigned through training, direction, follow-up, and support while remaining in coordination with the supervisor. This is not a supervisory role and does not include performing any disciplinary actions.
Location and Work environment: The work is performed within, and just outside the entrances of, University buildings.
Work Schedule: The position will work second shift.

FM's responsibilities include over 25 million square feet in more than 280 buildings across 1200 acres in the Twin Cities.
Pay Range: $23.75 - $29.03per hour; depending on education/qualifications/experience
