Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or similar.
• Professional license in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering in Colorado; or IIBEC Registered Building Enclosure Consultant.
• 8+ years of building envelope and waterproofing experience; 5+ years leading Colorado projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage building envelope projects from investigation to contract administration.
• Write proposals and scopes of work for projects.
• Lead development of building envelope contract documents and site inspection reports.
• Peer review enclosure documents and coordinate with teams on returns and renewals.
• Travel as required to client sites and project locations.
