Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG), part of RPM International Inc., seeks a Senior Technical Specialist to maintain code compliance for core product lines and support Dryvit EIFS systems in Canada. You will contribute to product development, technical literature, and training for customers and staff.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of civil/building science experience, strong CAD skills, and the ability to travel up to 10% in North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 7+ years in civil/architectural/building envelope or related field; field experience preferred.
• Experience with Canadian EIFS codes and building science principles a plus.
• OHSA 10 preferred but not required; Engineer-in-Training or licensed professional preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review project drawings and advise on product line applications.
• Coordinate third-party testing and certifications.
• Develop and update product literature and field training materials.
• Provide technical training to internal teams and external customers.
• Support Dryvit EIFS products and systems in Canada.
• Travel up to 10% in North America.
