Job summary

Walker Consultants is looking for an experienced professional to provide expert building enclosure consulting services in Irvine, California. In this role, you will act as the primary client contact on both new and existing construction projects, focusing on issues like waterproofing systems and roofing assemblies.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture, 5+ years of relevant experience, and a collaborative mindset. Benefits include annual bonuses and extensive PTO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of building envelope and waterproofing experience.
• Licensed Architect (RA) or Professional Engineer (PE); certifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of ASTM & AAMA standards and field testing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform investigations related to the building envelope and prepare reports.
• Assist in peer/office reviews of projects.
• Monitor project budget and schedule.
