Qualifications

• At least ten years of industry-related experience or certification/trade experience.
• Five years of supervisory and mentoring experience required.
• Ability to demonstrate advanced knowledge of HVAC and fire protection systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage building maintenance including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Monitor energy usage and oversee contractor work.
• Supervise and train Engineering staff on performance goals.
