CBRE Chief Building Engineer Supervisor leads maintenance operations for a facility, campus, or portfolio of buildings. The role includes coordinating preventive maintenance, repairs, budgeting, and safety programs to ensure operational excellence.

The position requires seasoned leadership, strong financial acumen, and the ability to manage multi-discipline teams across large commercial properties.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5-8 years of job-related experience.
• In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Track training and development of staff; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities; set schedules and deadlines; cross-train staff.
• Develop, implement, and communicate preventive maintenance programs and safety manuals.
