Job summary

A building maintenance company located in Tysons, Virginia, is seeking a Lead Engineer. This role involves performing building operations and maintenance tasks related to HVAC and plumbing. Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of maintenance experience in commercial buildings.
• Ability to physically meet role demands, such as lifting 50 lbs and climbing ladders.
• CFC Universal certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and modifications on building systems.
• Complete preventive and corrective maintenance requests.
• Work with vendors on contracted work orders.
• Maintain accurate records and reports for maintenance operations.
• Manage Building Management System as directed.
• Maintain a clean engineering environment.
