ECS Group of Companies is seeking a Senior Principal-level professional to provide technical leadership in our regional facilities practice in Miami, FL. You will oversee projects, review technical reports, prepare proposals, and support business development by engaging with clients.

The role requires 12+ years of experience, a PE or RA certification, and a senior reviewer designation. You will mentor staff and participate in associate principal review processes while helping expand our regional

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Civil/Architectural Engineering, NCARB eligible.
• P.E. or RA certification active; ICC certifications acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and support Facilities staff in the region.
• Oversee projects; perform technical report reviews; prepare proposals.
• Support business development and client interactions; mentor junior staff.
• Participate in Associate Principal designation reviews and regional leadership.
