Job summary

Stark Tech is seeking a qualified engineer to configure and test complex building control systems to meet contract specifications. You will develop software, load and commission controllers, and validate system performance across networks, collaborating with PM and engineering teams.

You will also contribute to as-built drawings and software, and provide tailored training to owners or operators on the complete building control system.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Building Automation Controls Systems, especially Schneider Electric, SmartStruxure, Space Logic, I/A, Andover Continuum, and/or Tridium Niagara R2/AX/N4.
• Two years experience with mechanical and/or electrical engineering systems.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the construction or HVAC industry.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Knowledge of control theory and building automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure and test complex building control systems to meet contract specs.
• Develop and test essential software programs; load and commission controllers across system and network levels.
• Validate system functionality and troubleshoot for peak performance.
• Collaborate with project management and engineering teams; create as-built drawings and software.
• Deliver training to owners/operators on the complete building control system.
