• 7+ years with three or more BAS platforms (e.g., Niagara, Trane, JCI, Honeywell, Siemens, Distech).
• 5+ years building/testing BAS systems in bench or live facility.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment, control equipment, and software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, test, and commission building controls systems
• Diagnose and repair controls systems malfunctions
• Conduct BAS installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and service
• Respond to BAS emergencies during off hours
• Prepare documentation and reports of work status and completion
