Job summary

City of North Myrtle Beach is seeking a Building Official to lead the Codes Enforcement Division within the Planning & Development Department. Under limited supervision, you will plan, schedule, and supervise inspections, manage permits, and ensure compliance with adopted building codes.

You will oversee flood plain management and the CRS program, maintain the division's computer networks and software, and guide staff through policy implementation and professional growth.
