Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a Building Automation Systems Supervisor to lead the facilities team and manage the building control systems across the health system. You will supervise staff, guide projects, coordinate with operations, and ensure safe, efficient operation of mechanical systems.

Experience with BACnet and HVAC controls, plus strong leadership and the ability to read blueprints, are essential for success in this role at Ohio State’s premier academic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Minimum three years of experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Deep knowledge of BACnet and HVAC control systems; ability to read drawings.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and conduct performance reviews for assigned staff.
• Oversee maintenance, development, operation and budgeting of building control systems.
• Provide direction on BACnet integration and system strategies for safety and efficiency.
