Leoforce is seeking an experienced Senior Building Automation Service Technician in Fort Worth, TX to support advanced controls service across commercial facilities. You will troubleshoot BAS systems, mentor junior technicians, and collaborate with owners, engineers and IT teams to resolve complex issues.

The role requires 8+ years in BAS/HVAC controls with Niagara experience and strong networking and integration skills for diverse environments including healthcare and industrial facilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in building automation / HVAC controls service.
• Strong troubleshooting experience with BAS programming, networks, and system integrations.
• Experience working directly with building owners, engineers, and IT teams.
• Ability to lead technical work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex building automation and HVAC control system issues

An established mechanical services contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Building Automation Service Technician to support advanced controls service work across commercial facilities. This organization has been delivering commercial HVAC, plumbing, and building automation solutions for decades and supports a wide range of environments including healthcare, industrial, commercial, and mission-critical facilities.

This role functions as the senior technical resource within the controls service team, responsible for troubleshooting complex building automation systems, supporting system integrations, and mentoring field technicians. The ideal candidate is highly experienced with BAS troubleshooting, networking, and HVAC control strategies, and is comfortable working directly with customers and IT teams to resolve complex system issues.
