Job summary

Entegee seeks a skilled technician to maintain and troubleshoot the facility's BAS, HVAC, air handling, and dust collection systems. The role involves preventive maintenance, wiring, and basic installation of controls and related equipment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HVAC/automation within regulated environments, with experience reading blueprints and working with Siemens BAS/BACnet protocols. Willingness to work overtime and weekends to support 24/7 plant operations is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in Industrial Mechanics, Instrumentation, Electronics, HVAC, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with HVAC/air handling equipment, building automation, building controls, or related systems.
• 3+ years of maintenance/engineering in a regulated or industrial manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with BAS platforms and protocols such as Siemens, BACnet, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and support BAS, HVAC, air handling, and dust collection systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, wiring, terminations, and basic installation of controls and equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems including VFDs, PLCs, sensors, actuators, dampers, valves, and wiring.
• Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and control drawings, blueprints, and scopes of work.
• Support BAS upgrades, facility projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and equipment integration.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, OEMs, production teams, and engineering/maintenance personnel.
• Complete work orders, PMs, documentation, change controls, test plans, and equipment records on time.
