Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of experience in building automation, energy management, and large-scale HVAC systems.
• Valid NC driver's license; satisfactory driving record.
• Within 12 months, complete OSHA safety training as required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Performs master craftsman level work on building automation systems, materials, equipment and fixtures.
• Responds to work orders related to energy management and HVAC.
• Troubleshoots and implements corrective measures to provide solutions.
• Replaces faulty building automation equipment and systems.
• Monitors and adjusts building automation software for efficient operation and energy policy compliance.
• Prepares and maintains records, logs, and reports as needed.
• Adheres to safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
