• HVAC/R licensing or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responds and resolves service calls.
• Provides preventive maintenance and technical support for Building Automation Systems.
• Maintains system functionality using blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Monitors systems and documents alarms and events.
• Assists with emergency procedures and special projects.
• Provides training presentations and recommendations for operational improvements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
