Control Solutions Group, Inc. in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Sr. Application Engineer to lead BAS submittals, sequence development, and graphics for building automation projects.

You will act as a senior technical resource, ensuring quality of engineering work, mentoring engineers, and supporting project execution from design through commissioning. Strong AutoCAD/Visio and WebCTRL skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field (Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or CS).
• Significant, demonstrable experience in BAS engineering with senior-level guidance to a team.
• Strong knowledge of Automated Logic hardware and WebCTRL platform.
• Proficient drafting skills with AutoCAD/Visio or similar.
• Solid understanding of BAS platforms and protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple technical priorities simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Submittal drawings production and management for BAS projects.
• Provide technical expertise and act as senior SME for complex system architecture.
• Oversee quality assurance of engineering outputs and mentor team members.
• Identify and implement engineering process improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Support project execution from design through commissioning with cross-department coordination.
• Develop and deliver technical training for engineers and technicians.
