Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in Building Automation Systems.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing Building Automation Systems (BAS).
• Advanced proficiency with BAS platforms, programming tools, and system integration, including Tridium Niagara (AX/N4), Distech GFX, Honeywell Spyder Tool, and Johnson Controls CCT/PCT.
• Demonstrated experience working with open protocols such as BACnet and LonWorks in complex control systems.
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems and their integration into BAS.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, understandable terms.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of BAS into overall project design and execution.
• Up-to-date knowledge of latest industry trends and technologies, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, flexibility, and a commitment to achieving project objectives.
