Job summary

MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking a Controls BAS System Specialist in Charlotte, NC. The role requires hands-on expertise in diagnosing and repairing building automation and controls systems on customer sites.

The candidate should have at least five years of controls field experience and familiarity with Niagara, Johnson Controls, Trane, and Honeywell BMS platforms. A valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of controls field experience.
• Programming capabilities include Niagara, Johnson Controls, Trane and Honeywell BMS.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair building automation and controls systems.
• Device testing (end-to-end), program downloading, start-up and operations.
• Handle day-to-day and escalated customer relations issues.
• Interpret control drawings, plans and sequence of operations.
• Interface with customers during site assessments and consult on retrofits/upgrades.
