MSS Solutions, LLC invites a skilled Controls BAS System Specialist to join our team in North Carolina. This role involves startup, commissioning, and programming of building automation and control systems across commercial and industrial sites.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of controls field experience with familiarity in Niagara, Johnson Controls, Trane, and Honeywell BMS. Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of controls field experience.
• Experience in startup, commissioning, and programming building automation and controls systems.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate startup, commissioning, and programming of building automation and controls systems.
• Perform device testing, program downloading, and equipment start-up.
• Interface with customers and contractors to assess sites and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead small projects without a PM and document work thoroughly.
• Maintain safety compliance and follow company policies.
