Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical field-related experience.
• 2+ years of understanding HVAC and IT systems.
• 2+ years of commissioning and testing building automation systems.
• 2+ years of programming and sequence of operation logic in BAS.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project preplanning and scope tasks, develop schedules, and collaborate with the project team.
• Evaluate scope changes and client needs; coordinate with other trades.
• Perform startup and commissioning as needed; identify equipment needs and problems.
• Provide technical guidance to diagnose control system concerns and ensure occupancy comfort.
• Troubleshoot controllers, wiring, programs, and schedules to determine corrective actions.
• Ensure measurement and verification (M&V) equipment functionality and data storage.
