Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Commissioning Technician to support the Eastern Shore Service Team at our Baltimore area location. You will participate in estimating, startup, commissioning of projects, and serve as the customer interface for all technical requirements on site.

With 5+ years in installation/maintenance of Building Automation Systems, you will oversee preventive maintenance, develop service quotations, manage projects from initiation to closeout, and help ensure contract profitability and

Qualifications

5+ years' experience in the installation and/or maintenance of Building Automation Systems.
Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and admissible to Siemens' fleet vehicle program.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred ability to read/understand design and construction documents.

Responsibilities

Support the Eastern Shore Service Team in delivering exceptional customer service and operational performance.
Oversee and coordinate preventive maintenance activities to meet contractual commitments.
Develop accurate and timely service quotations for repairs, upgrades, and customer requests.
Manage planning, execution, and closeout of service projects.
Monitor contract performance and support profitability and growth initiatives.
