Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Builders Risk underwriting experience.
• Advanced designations (CPCU/ARM) preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, underwrite, and price complex Builders Risk insurance policies.
• Analyze submissions, assess risk and determine appropriate terms and conditions.
• Review manuscript wordings and coverages.
• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, and clients to drive growth.
• Collaborate with underwriting team for consistency in risk assessment and policy issuance.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior underwriters.
