Qualifications

3+ years of builder’s risk underwriting experience on large accounts.
Strong knowledge of coverage, pricing, and market dynamics.
Proven ability to develop broker relationships and promote AXIS products.
Excellent communication and portfolio management skills.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain broker and client relationships for builders risk opportunities.
Underwrite within the governance framework and communicate pricing decisions.
Negotiate terms and conditions to fit appetite and risk tolerance.
Develop and manage a portfolio of builder’s risk business, including new and renewal bids.
Engage with brokers and clients at industry events and meetings.
