Job summary

EITACIES Inc. is seeking a technical lead for the Dashboard Build team to design, implement, and operate build and deploy systems that meet FedRAMP High and IL5 requirements.

You will work with product engineering and SRE to improve scalability, reliability, and developer experience in a remote US-based role. You will translate security requirements into practical controls, manage issue triage, and drive long-term improvements to reduce technical debt while enabling federal customers with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in development, build, and release engineering.
• Experience designing modular build systems for scalable CI/CD infrastructure.
• Proficient with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, TeamCity, GitHub, Buildkite, CircleCI, RWX).
• Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab.
• Experience with containers in build environments (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS).
• Scripting with Shell, Groovy, or Ruby.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate build and deploy systems meeting FedRAMP High and IL5 requirements.
• Translate security/compliance requirements into practical controls (access, audit, secrets).
• Collaborate with product engineering to monitor build health and velocity.
• Work with SRE to ensure scalability and availability of build systems.
• Lead triage and remediation across product teams.
