Job Summary

The Senior Budget Officer/Technical Specialist serves as the primary financial operations lead for the Health Information Exchange Authority (HIEA), managing complex financial workflows across multiple IT systems and agencies. This role ensures accurate budgeting, invoice processing, financial documentation, and cross-agency coordination to maintain compliance with state, federal, and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain structured financial documentation across multiple platforms.

Special Considerations
  • Absences greater than two weeks require prior approval and must provide contact information.
  • Candidate must adhere to all contractual, compliance, and compensation requirements including overtime laws.
  • Work must not be outsourced to other countries unless disclosed and approved.
Scheduling
  • Assignment duration from October 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027.
  • Work schedule details to be coordinated as per agency requirements, with webcam interview as part of the selection process.
