Qualifications

• Must have CPA or BS in Accounting.
• Must have 10+ yrs of working with FASB/GASB.
• Must have 10+ yrs of financial statements preparation.
• Must be advanced in Microsoft Office.
• Must have General Ledger systems experience (QuickBooks, PeachTree, CYMA, FLAIR, etc.).
• Ability to create, update and manage desk procedures.
• Must have financial & programmatic compliance audits experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains various specialized accounting records.
• Compiles and analyses large amounts of financial data.
• Ability to read and interpret statutes and regulations.
• Knowledge of GAAP & GASB pronouncements.
• Understanding of General Ledgers, Trial Balances, and GAAP Financial Statements.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, etc.
