Qualifications

• Provides senior-level financial leadership and guidance on sponsored research throughout the award lifecycle.
• Advises leadership on sponsor requirements, award terms, financial risks, and compliance.
• Evaluates financial health of UCP portfolios and recommends stewardship strategies.
• Develops internal controls and procedures to promote compliance with regulations and UCAR policies.
• Provides financial expertise for audits and regulatory reviews.

Responsibilities

• Leads development, monitoring, and forecasting of the UCP indirect cost budget (MTDC).
• Partners on strategic planning, projections, scenario analysis, and performance assessment.
• Communicates complex financials to diverse audiences with actionable insights.
• Develops and interprets analyses, forecasts, and KPIs to identify trends and risks.
• Establishes robust financial reporting methodologies across UCP and OCFO.
