Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required plus five years of professional budgeting/analysis experience.
• Experience with budget development, expenditures monitoring and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with cost allocation methodologies and timekeeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze agency budget practices and develop data for budgeting systems.
• Prepare budgets, proposals, and financial reports for senior management.
• Review expenditures, revenues, and allocations to ensure they align with appropriations.
