Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks following recipes and standards.
• Ensure correct ingredients and proportions for each drink.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
• Assist in inventory management and proper stocking of ingredients and supplies.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment.
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
• Assist in training new team members on procedures.
• Stay updated on new menu items, seasonal specials, and promotions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager or supervisor.
