Job summary

APR Staffing seeks a Business Systems Analyst 3 to support Operational Technology Projects in the United States. The contract role involves analyzing systems, gathering requirements, and coordinating deployment across software, telecom, cyber security, infrastructure and virtualization initiatives.

You will collaborate with the Project Manager and BSAs to ensure continuity, develop functional/technical documents, run workshops, and drive process improvements for operations teams.

• Document and validate current/future state processes.
• Develop functional/technical specifications and test artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and analyze application requirements with stakeholders.
• Document and validate current and future state processes.
• Coordinate design sessions and stakeholder engagements.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation for IT hand-off.
• Develop business cases for improvement opportunities.
• Create queries and reports for business data.
• Support project manager with project information and change management.
• Assist in system verification activities and data integration.
• Provide first-line support to business users.
