Job summary

Abbott is seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support Phase 2 of its EHS Systems Transformation on the Cority GX2 platform. The role partners with business, IT, Quality, and implementation partners to deliver enterprise solutions in a regulated Life Sciences environment.

The ideal candidate has 9–10+ years of BSA experience, hands-on Cority GX2 implementation across multiple modules, and a track record in validation, data migration, reporting, and deployment.

Qualifications

• 9–10+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience in regulated Life Sciences environments.
• Hands-on implementation experience with enterprise software in Life Sciences (pharma, devices, biotech, healthcare).
• Experience leading requirements, process design, data migration, reporting, testing and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions to define business and reporting needs.
• Document and manage requirements, process flows, user stories, and specifications.
• Guide SIT/UAT, defect resolution, and go-live readiness activities.
• Support data migration, validation, and reporting efforts.
• Ensure compliance with GxP and Software Lifecycle documentation and validation.
