Job summary

MethodHub is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support Phase 2 of an Enterprise EHS Systems Transformation using Cority GX2. You will partner with EHS stakeholders, IT, Quality, Compliance, and partners to deliver and enhance Cority GX2-based solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 9-10+ years’ BSA experience in regulated Life Sciences environments and lead requirements, design, data migration, testing, and deployment activities.

Qualifications

• 9-10+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience in enterprise software implementations.
• Experience in Life Sciences regulated environments (pharma, devices, biotech, healthcare).
• Hands-on implementation with Cority GX2 across multiple modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops and define business, functional, and reporting requirements.
• Document requirements, process flows, user stories, and specs.
• Map current/future-state business processes and drive improvements.
