Job summary

Vectrona, LLC in Arlington, VA is seeking a senior business systems analyst to support the National Guard Bureau issuance-management and workflow improvement initiatives. This on-site role focuses on optimizing processes, information governance, and documentation across SharePoint and related tools.

You will partner with government stakeholders to analyze workflows, develop SOPs, dashboards, and reports, ensuring changes meet security and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business-process analysis and workflow management.
• Experience supporting DoD, National Guard, or large federal orgs.
• Strong knowledge of process-improvement methods and performance measurement.
• Experience with SharePoint administration and executive reporting.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP, Agile, or related cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze organizational workflows and issuance-related processes for improvements.
• Evaluate task-management systems, records repositories, and SharePoint environments.
• Develop recommendations to improve efficiency, accountability, and visibility.
• Support SharePoint administration, content organization, and records management.
• Develop SOPs, workflow diagrams, user guides, and process artifacts.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and workshops on process improvement.
• Create reports and dashboards communicating findings and recommendations.
• Coordinate with Government personnel to implement improvements and monitor effectiveness.
