Arundel Bank in Maryland is seeking an experienced Senior BSA Analyst to join the Risk Department. You will own the daily administration of the bank's automated BSA/AML monitoring system, review alerts, manage cases, and ensure timely regulatory reporting.

Candidates bring 3–5 years in BSA/AML, OFAC knowledge, and strong investigative and communication skills. Certification such as CAMS/CAFP is preferred, and a related degree is valued.

Formación

• 3–5 years of BSA/AML compliance or financial-crimes experience.
• Experience investigating complex alerts and preparing SARs and CTRs.
• Familiarity with OFAC, CIP, CDD, and beneficial ownership requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Own the daily and periodic administration of the BSA/AML monitoring system.
• Review alerts, cases, reports; escalate and file regulatory reports.
• Investigate complex alerts and relationships for suspicious activity.
• Prepare SARs and narratives; review CTRs and exemptions within timeframes.
• Provide BSA/AML guidance and training to co-workers.
