Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Criminal Justice, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum five years of BSA/AML, financial crimes compliance, investigations, or related banking experience.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with transaction monitoring and case management systems.
• CAMS or CFE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex investigations of BSA/AML alerts, referrals, and cases.
• Analyze customer transactions and behavior to identify unusual activity.
• Prepare clear investigative documentation with conclusions and rationale.
• Draft and file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) with detailed narratives.
