• Provides strategic direction on BSA/AML risk.
• Oversees vendor and customer risk with compliance.
• Establishes KYC/CIP and due diligence processes.
• Conducts ongoing training on BSA/AML responsibilities.
• Keeps current knowledge of regulations and reports updates.
