Job summary

Cambridge Savings Bank is seeking a BSA Analyst to ensure compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and AML programs. The role emphasizes analytical and investigative skills, with responsibilities spanning monitoring, reporting, and due diligence.

Hybrid role in Waltham, MA with a salary range of $26.25–$35.00 per hour and comprehensive benefits. You will work with frontline staff, maintain records, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of banking/research/investigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act/AML fundamentals.
• Ability to review transactional activity from multiple perspectives.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cash transactions for BSA compliance and escalate suspicious activity.
• Ensure Currency Transaction Reports are completed and records maintained.
• Investigate and document findings from transaction reviews.
• Perform due diligence for enhanced customer due diligence cases.
• Manage 314(a) requests and AML watchlist matches.
• Attend trainings and stay updated on regulatory trends.
• Collaborate with senior team members on investigations and process improvements.
