Job summary

Saint Louis Bank is seeking a BSA Officer in St. Louis, MO to oversee the Bank’s BSA/AML and regulatory compliance program. You will serve as the expert on BSA/AML and OFAC compliance and steer continuous improvement of the program.

You will work with the Senior Compliance Officer to address risks, manage risk assessments, investigations, training, and examinations, and ensure adherence to federal and state banking laws.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of BSA/AML/US Patriot Act and OFAC requirements.
• Experience with investigations of suspicious activity and SAR filing.
• Ability to oversee regulatory examinations and audits.
• Experience training staff on compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under regulatory deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of BSA/AML/OFAC regulations and bank policies.
• Oversee BSA/AML programs and maintain the BSA policy.
• Ensure BSA/AML training is assigned to staff.
• Identify unusual or suspicious transactions using specialized software.
• Coordinate SAR filings and high-risk account monitoring.
• Support regulator and auditor examinations and reviews.
• Coordinate responses to exams and address deficiencies.
