Savvy Wealth is seeking a Sr. Brokerage Operations Manager to lead the trading desk and regulatory oversight from a principal perspective. You will own the end-to-end operation, ensure best execution, and manage regulatory reporting in a high-growth fintech environment.

In this NYC-based role, you’ll partner with Legal & Compliance, scale operations, and drive automation to reduce manual processes while maintaining strong controls and compliance posture.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of broker-dealer operations experience.
• Licenses: Series 7, 64 and 24 required.
• Deep knowledge of trade lifecycle, best execution, and regulatory reporting.
• Ability to present and defend decisions to leadership without supervision.
• Experience supporting FINRA/SEC examinations.
• AI-first mindset focused on automation over headcount.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the trading desk operations end-to-end as senior owner.
• Act as licensed principal of record for trading activity and sign-offs.
• Design and run the best execution program with defined standards.
• Own regulatory reporting (CAT/CAIS, Rule 605/606).
• Drive AI/automation across trading desk and back office.
