This position operates within Risk Strategies' Private Equity group, Krauter and Company. Krauter & Company is a full-service international insurance and benefits broker that has reengineered the brokerage model to deliver the best risk management solutions in the industry.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop customized risk management solutions for clients, maintaining existing relationships and developing new market connections.
  2. Apply knowledge of loss sensitive, alternative risk transfer, self-insured retentions, and captive programs.
  3. Drive revenue growth through existing clients and new client acquisition.
  4. Coordinate and execute large projects and programs.
  5. Lead discussions on plan performance and design.
  6. Manage a full book of business, including M&A and due diligence support.
  7. Identify, analyze, and quantify client exposures.
  8. Understand policy language deeply and tailor coverage programs accordingly.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in insurance brokerage.
  • Resident Property & Casualty License required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple teams and client projects.
