Job Title: Senior Broker – Life Insurance & Annuities

Location: Remote

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Life Insurance Broker to help drive growth and deepen relationships across a network of independent agents, advisors, and producer groups. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted consultant and sales strategist—delivering expert product guidance, case design insight, and advanced planning support that help advisors close more business and serve their clients more effectively.

This is a senior-level position for a broker with a strong background in life insurance and annuity sales, who thrives on building partnerships, solving complex client needs, and contributing to broader distribution growth goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive life and annuity sales by partnering directly with producers and advisors in your assigned region.
  • Deliver expert support on product selection, illustration design, and advanced planning strategies.
  • Serve as a go-to resource for agents—offering training, marketing tools, and consultative sales support.
  • Stay current on industry trends, carrier products, and regulatory changes to ensure compliant and competitive solutions.
  • Contribute to team growth by helping identify and onboard high-potential producers.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of life insurance brokerage or wholesaling experience with a proven track record of driving production.
  • A strong network of advisor and agent relationships and the ability to influence through consultative selling.
  • Solid knowledge of carrier platforms, life and annuity products, and advanced case design.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; CLU, ChFC, CFP or similar credentials are a plus.
