Are you a licensed life insurance agent (or ready to become one) looking for a high-income, remote opportunity with zero cold calling? We’re hiring motivated individuals to help clients already seeking coverage. With a proven system, pre-qualified leads, and access to top-tier carriers, you’re set up to succeed.

What You'll Do:

• Take inbound calls from pre-qualified clients actively seeking life insurance (no cold calling)
• Use a proven script to uncover client needs and recommend the right policy
• Offer coverage from over 10 leading insurance carriers
• Earn commission, performance-based bonuses, and leadership incentives
• Work 100% remotely with flexible hours
• Opportunity to grow your own agency and lead a team
• 100% Commission-Based – No Income Cap
• Top agents earn $150K–$300K+/year
• Bonuses and incentives for high performance

• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Weekly Lead Flow: $1,000
• Minimum of 20 State Licenses: ~$2,000
• E&O Insurance: ~$40/month

Note: We offer guidance and support throughout the licensing and onboarding process.

What You’ll Need:

• Active life insurance license (or willingness to obtain one)
• Reliable internet, computer, and headset
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Background in insurance, financial services, or sales is a plus
