The role focuses on maintaining schedules, managing metadata, and ensuring schedule accuracy in a fast-paced broadcast environment. The position requires 5+ years in television programming and scheduling, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with SIMS software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Broadcast Management, Media Studies, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in television programming, scheduling, or related broadcast operations.
• Working knowledge of SIMS scheduling software and schedule accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and distribute daily, weekly, and long-range programming schedules across networks.
• Build and update schedules in SIMS, including episodic data entry and inventory management.
• Coordinate premieres, marathons, specials, and schedule changes.
• Maintain programming metadata and communicate updates to listings providers.
• Process FCC compliance certifications and assist with regulatory reporting.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts in collaboration with multiple departments.
• Respond to viewer inquiries and assist with special programming projects.
