Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned project/program leader to drive large-scale broadband initiatives in a Colorado environment. You will shape end-to-end workflows, manage cross-functional teams across IT, operations, and customer experience, and deliver critical service improvements.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in enterprise program management, strong governance skills, and experience in broadband or connectivity services.

Qualifications

7+ years of project or program management experience in complex enterprise initiatives.
Direct experience in broadband/telecommunications/cable/connectivity services.
Proven ability to manage large cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and governance practices.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale broadband programs from initiation to implementation.
Develop end-to-end business workflows and operational processes.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks across workstreams and stakeholders.
Create and maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies and deliverables.
Collaborate with Business Analysts to review requirements and BRDs.
Facilitate collaboration across business, technology, operations, product and customer experience teams.
Establish and manage stakeholder communication plans for alignment.
Drive governance activities, status reporting, and executive forums.
Track health, escalate issues, and drive delivery of objectives.
