Job summary

The role entails leading a transportation team across DOT, transit, aviation, ports/maritime, and CEI sectors. Key duties include directing teams through project lifecycles, managing budgets and schedules, maintaining client relations, and driving quality control, with a strong emphasis on business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 10 years related experience.
• Minimum 5 years project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• MS Office and MS Project experience.
• Ability to lead and develop strategy.
• Active participation in employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams through project lifecycle.
• Manage all aspects of small to medium projects and larger ones.
• Coordinate staffing and workloads to meet budget and schedule.
• Establish client relations and participate in marketing and meetings.
• Track financials and conduct periodic project reviews with leadership.
• Implement QA/QC procedures.
