Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Structures Project Manager to join our Bridge program in the United States, Pennsylvania. You will lead multi-discipline transportation projects, coordinate staff, and manage client relations from design through documentation.

Key qualifications include a BS in Engineering, 7+ years of related experience, 2+ years in PM, and a PE license (PA or eligible). Proficiency with MicroStation and MS Office/Project is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 7 years related experience.
• At least 2 years project management experience.
• Professional Engineer license recognized by the licensing board for the position location.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of large multi-discipline transportation projects or medium-sized projects with high technical complexity.
• Coordinate staffing and workload across the project from development through to final documents.
• Establish client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
• Oversee schematic design development and contract document work sessions with PMs, technical staff and other disciplines.
